F2F interview with HR and Engineering — will go through every detail on your resume. HR messaged after the interview to ask if I'd be interested in a different position, I rejected. Two weeks later, I messaged to ask about the results of my original interview and was asked to interview for the second position again. Never received a formal rejection.
before interview started, there was a 30min test regarding concepts learnt in school. followed by a panel interview with a few managers and one hr. asked standard interview questions and also many questions asked about your resume.

HR was prompt in getting back to me. The confirmation took some time but HR was patient. HR is frank about the low pay structure of yards, and that bonus was high compared to other industries. That was during the good times. Very transparent with the pay adjustment cycle and pay schemes.
