I applied for a project manager interview in Austin. I was later told that it was filled, but the recruiter wanted to interview me anyway. I had a total of 3 interviews and then the recruiter said she wants me to be a business analyst. When I asked her why she wants me to be a business analyst she danced around the question and did not give me a direct answer. I did another phone call for the 4th interview. The recruiter never bothered to call me after we first chatted and everything was done via email. I had to constantly reach out to her to get any feedback. In the end they said they decided not to proceed and didn't bother giving me a reason when I asked her. This was probably the worst interview process I've witnessed in my life.
