3 rounds of interviews:
round 1: Behavioral/get to know you with a focus on company culture to help determine fit. (this portion was a 1:1 interview)
round 2: Half behavioral and half case interview to continue to assess fit and learn how you think (this portion was a 2:1 interview with two senior-level employees)
round 3: Dinner with the recruiting team where candidates are encouraged to ask questions and get to know more current employees.
