Backend frameworks and tools (e.g., Express, Django, Spring Boot).
Database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL).
API development and integration.
Debugging and performance tuning.
Git, deployment basics, and possibly cloud knowledge.
Real-world problem-solving and past project discussion.

Interview
I was contacted by an internal recruiter via LinkedIn for this role. The recruiter canceled the first interview the day of because they were ill. We rescheduled for the following week and they did not contact me at the agreed time. I messaged them to reschedule. They messaged me the next day with a poor excuse, but I agreed to reschedule again for the following week. In the time since I was originally contacted, they removed the job URL from their careers site. It turns out that they changed the job from a manager level to a coordinator level role without informing me prior to our interview. I asked the recruiter about this before we began with standard introductory questions. Huge waste of my time considering my level of experience. I left the interview before discussing anything else.
