I had 4.5hr interview with for new management position. I was interviewed by 5 different managers. Each interview was conducted very well and convivial with good questions apart from CEO who seemed to be wanting to find a problem with me as excuse not to hire and from his general attitude and demire that he did not want to interview..
It took 1 month to hear back via recruitment representative from the company and then.no feedback provided after even asking a couple of times was silent,
Even though they offered to pay for interview expenses. They did not follow-up on promise - it was a small claim (<20Euro)but if they state it upfront within the invitation , out of principle they should follow through I found the experience unprofessional and actually pleased not to have proceeded with them. The recruitment manager told me the position has been opened for a very long time and cannot find a candidate.
