Interview
They told me there will be a three phases process. First HR interview, Second technical interview and third trail day. HR Interview was really nice, the women that interviewed me was really open and make the conversation comfortable. Typical questions about your experience and behavior.
Technical interview was a live coding challenge, but using leetcode-style exercises. The person running the interview was really nice, but if you don't perform fast and as they expected they reject you right away. In my case, I'm not really good at this kind of exercises and they reject me even without finish the interview. Although I tried to ask for exercises more close to the actual project I would work they prefer to go with this kind of exercises that recall more on memorization and speed under limited time and pressure, instead of exercises closer to the actual work. If you are good in LeetCode exercises (even if you are not experienced for the job) you'll pass the interview
