Interview
The recruiter had called, and we had a productive conversation that exceeded my expectations. All my questions were answered, and clear expectations were set regarding the next steps in the interview process.

Question 1
We discussed my complex claims and how I resolved them. They asked about my availability, and in return, shared the core working hours and expectations for the role.
It was a great interview. The manager asked questions to ideally gauge my ability to fit in the role and do the job well. Only thing I didn't like was that it was hard to know what the job was about through the interview.

Well communicated though the whole process and they kept me updated. Typical interview questions though they appreciate your own uniqueness. Friendly interview team too. It would be beneficial to research the company and learn their values and mention them in your interview- what you like/how you align
