I worked at Sentry full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, decent pay, fun coworkers, strong promotional opportunities

    Cons

Overworked and understaffed. You almost have to work overtime every week unless you want to fall behind on all of your work. Management always slapping you on the hand for silly things but not acknowledging good things everyone does.

    I worked at Sentry full-time

    Pros

    They're not closed down yet.

    Cons

Everything that is under the Sun.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect and stop stealing money from your jobs. For you to be a vendor, you train people how to manage stolen money. Also. Give more room for advancement .. Which doesn't exist.
