Interview
Consisted of group discussion and followed by interviews. Interview was based on your knowledge of core Engineering which in my case was mechanical engineering. I was asked about fluid mechanics as it was my area of specialization along with the coding skills
Two rounds of interview. Technical round and HR round. Feedback between the rounds were too slow. HR discussion was lethargic.
Basic project management questions were asked in technical round and certain scenarios were given and was asked to suggest what my actions would be to handle such situations. The discussions also included topics about what and how the issues from my previous projects were handled.
