Very long interview process!! It took over 7 months to go through recruitment process.
I applied for the job in summer, went through 4 different selection stages. I was told I would receive final feedback within 5 working days. Instead I had to wait over 20 days to recieve feedback.
The HR contact kept changing throughout the recruitment process, this meant there was a lack of understanding internally at what stage my application was at. A shambolic process.
