One phone interview + on site visit.
Phone interview was a quick review of the CV. No questions about future plans, personality fit, interests...
On site visit was literally a tour around the control room. No questions asked.

As described above. No specific questions. Really easy.
Basic spacecraft operations questions, types of orbits, difference between LEO and GEO operations, basic flight dynamics knowledge questions. lasted approx. 45 mins. also some basic questions on working in a team, how to react to different scenarios involving coworkers

It was overall a cool experience during which I had to come up with deep answers to the questions that were posed to me and I had to share my thoughts.
