Serenity Kids interview questions

The interview process with Serenity Kids was thorough and insightful. I met with my hiring manager, as well as my direct team and cross-functional partners a few times throughout the process and felt empowered to gain as many insights into the company as they did into me, as a candidate. I felt the right amount of time was spent both diving into subject matter expertise, as well as on cultural alignment - which as a People hire, is a really positive signal.
