Normal interview process. Recruiter, hiring manager, team peer, panel interview. Feels like the recruiting team is short staffed, so while everyone was communicative and friendly, it took a long time to hear back or schedule next steps.

I’ll try to summarize this process: - Process took 2+ months - 6 interviews - 1 panel presentation - 1 canceled interview at the last minute - 1 interview where the person just didn’t show up, with no explanation. - In the panel presentation, I was asked to consult on part of their business. -Nearly two weeks after the presentation, I have zero feedback and no closed loop in the process. Just an incredibly disappointing experience from a company that touts its culture as a selling point.
