Initial 30 minute phone screen with the hiring manager to discuss the position, ask questions and also for the director to get an idea if I would be a good fit for the position. One on one was scheduled several weeks later with individual interviews with the hiring manager, direct managers and the vice president of engineering. Information was presented about the company, project goals and a general overview of a fast moving, often changing, pressured environment. The interview started well, then turned somewhat in to a stress interview with the interviewer asking questions, walking back and forth clicking a pen and looking out the window while waiting on an answer then changing the scenario of the initial question.
