It was real bad. I don't think they have proper hiring practices, They won't respond at all. My interview process started with a HackerRank test(it was a pretty easy question). I remember it vaguely(some binary encoding related). I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks and then the HR called and said I'm through with the screening and the next interview process began. All the rounds happened via Zoom First Round was a DS & A question. Second Round was about System Design, cleared them both. Third Round - He asked me a DS & A problem and I was trying to solve it, While I was solving it I asked the interviewer to show me the problem on more time and he shared his screen and few mins pass by and the interviewer thought he wasn't sharing his screen, he wasn't looking at what I was trying to do( He didn't even ask me to share my screen) instead he was watching an youtube video. When I saw him do that I lost all the interest, These coding interviews are about collaboration too, usually interviewers tries to give tips and see how the interviewee adapts, to the least the interviewer should be interested in how the candidate is performing. and please keep this in mind guys - this was my third round - so the person interviewing must be a manager or above. I was not able to solve it, and that guy then asked me to share the screen and said this won't work and asked me to leave the meeting. I know that I wouldn't be selected HR guy got in touch with me after two days and said that the feedback is negative but there is another round. Fourth Round: DS & A question. Two of the simplest DS&A questions. Solved them both. After few days HR tells me that the fourth round feedback is also negative. I literally ran the code and I've shown the output on that round. May be it's because that I didn't do well in the third round. I didn't even get a proper explanation on why I was rejected. I'm glad that I didn't get the job. They don't have a proper communication channel.

Interviewer was rude and do not have enough time and constantly asking about AI and AI. I have already said I am learning that still chose to cut off me. If you do not have a slot then please provide better time. Do not play with Other's time
