Interview
I applied online through LinkedIn and was reached out to by a Coordinator to schedule an interview with a senior designer on the team. The next step was to interview with the hiring design manager to go over your projects. I didn't get past this stage so I don't know what would be after that.
A thing to note is that the recruiter will never speak to you directly. No screening was done and I found out I was declined through the Jobvite portal.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Please expect to attend this meeting via video and be ready to share your screen and present 1-2 projects that best showcase your experience and skills. Please note that this does not entail you doing a walkthrough of your portfolio/website, but 1-2 specific design projects from end to end.
Standard process - went through all the rounds and was it was pleasant talking to everyone. The design maturity of the team was average. If you're looking for a mature design team, probably look else where.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ServiceNow in Jan 2021

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ServiceNow
Interview
Quick process. Applied online and set up a video interview with a hiring manager within the week. Interview lasted 1 hour, they talked for the first 15 minutes straight without stopping for questions or conversation. The last half was a portfolio share. They seemed like they had an idea of exactly what they were looking for (mostly technical skills), but asked very little about me and seeing if I was a culture or fit. Didn't seem like a fit for me either. Was notified I didn't get the role the next day.
