I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Egham, England) in Mar 2014
Interview
Complex technical interview but in the end they are desperate to hire people so don't be worried if you don't know everything. The technical test is on paper and it is several pages, filled with some very easy but some very tricky questions. They are also testing your attitude to the role extensively, and they are after buzzwords on many questions.

Other Technical Support Engineer Interview Reviews for ServiceNow
it was 3 round first being the behavioral, then the technical questions where you go over each of the aspects of code for frontend, another interview on how you would handle some cases prioritization and stuff.
Both times interviewers did not show up, third time they were 20 minutes late to a 30 minute interview. Horrible experience, especially when you prepare for the interview only to have the team consistently no show.
It's really a disappointed experience and totally waste of time. I did some search and find out they just want to hire contractors, not permanent employees, also they have a preference to candidates from a specific country, which is unfair to other candidates. And just like what other reviews said, if they want you then they will response really quick, if they don't want you then they will ghost you and not update their system, so you won't have any feedback. I don't know it's the company's problem or the team's problem, but I won't apply for ServiceNow positions anymore, really disrespect to candidates.
