One of their recruiters reached out to me by email to set up a phone interview, during which we discussed my work history, job specifics, and a general salary/benefit. After our discussion, interviews were scheduled for the next week with the hiring manager and colleagues for the following week. There were four of them, roughly an hour each, two a day for two days (I had the option to do them all in one day, but asked to break them up), and was told I would know about the job something the next week. The recruiter called me early the following week with the job offer, and I soon received an official after that.
The entire interview process was one of the fastest and least stressful that I've ever experienced. ServiceNow was very good at keeping me informed and answering any questions I had about the process.
