I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Hyderābād) in Sep 2021
Interview
It was a 3 round process
1. Technical:
2. Managerial round: Scenario based questions on your troubleshooting & debugging process, communication skills.
3. Discussion with director: Formal discussion about company's benefits.
it was 3 round first being the behavioral, then the technical questions where you go over each of the aspects of code for frontend, another interview on how you would handle some cases prioritization and stuff.
Both times interviewers did not show up, third time they were 20 minutes late to a 30 minute interview. Horrible experience, especially when you prepare for the interview only to have the team consistently no show.
It's really a disappointed experience and totally waste of time. I did some search and find out they just want to hire contractors, not permanent employees, also they have a preference to candidates from a specific country, which is unfair to other candidates. And just like what other reviews said, if they want you then they will response really quick, if they don't want you then they will ghost you and not update their system, so you won't have any feedback. I don't know it's the company's problem or the team's problem, but I won't apply for ServiceNow positions anymore, really disrespect to candidates.
