I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2025
Interview
went through 2 rounds of interviews before rejection. Quite upsetting to see the overall process of a well-known employer in tech world. Received the rejection on the day of application, and the recruiter then approached me after a month for the same role stating that I'm shortlisted.
HRs seem to have no clue about the role or team, but were proactive in terms of interview scheduling.
Worst part is that the managers taking the interview were quite unfriendly. I was asked that I can not take days off at every quarter end and during the peak times- that covers most of the calendar already. I was also asked if I'm okay to work on the weekends or put in extra time without extra pay during peak times. They looked real disappointed when I responded that I'd definitely consider that on the case-by-case basis.

Question 1
Are you okay to work on weekends?
Can you put some extra hours into the work during peak times without extra pay?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Boston, MA) in Aug 2018
Interview
The interview process was overall very short and to the point. I had a phone screening and was then called in-person to meet the team. The in-person meeting was with about 3 people who rotated in and out of the room. They were very pleasant and nice and described the role well. The questions weren't super difficult but what made an impression to me was that they had not fully flushed out the job description they were hiring for.
