I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Dublin, Dublin) in Jul 2021
Interview
This was for an infrastructure role. Screen, Tech Test, Tech Interview, Offer. Screen went real well, then was given a 2 hour timeboxed script to review - to fix the script or write comments on the script. I didn't approach it tactically and submitted a bit of a mess and didn't progress. No feedback given on work thus poor review. Don't expect candidates to spend hours working on a tech test and not offer actionable feedback regardless of outcome.

Question 1
Screen questions were all standard. Tech test was taking an ugly script and fixing it. It's a very ugly script with unreachable code etc. IMO it would take someone with Senior level skills to fix that script cleanly in two hours.
