I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s hiring process.
After completing two online assessments, I was scheduled for an interview. The interview was cancelled last minute with a note that it would be rescheduled the following week. I followed up but received no response, and instead was sent an automated rejection email.
This shows a clear lack of coordination and respect for candidates’ time. Asking candidates to invest effort into assessments and then failing to follow through on basic communication is not acceptable.
If this is reflective of how processes are managed internally, it raises concerns about overall organization and professionalism.
Advice to management:
Improve communication with candidates and ensure proper follow-through. Respect people’s time, especially after requiring multiple steps in the hiring process.
