They started with a phone screening. Once you pass the screen, you are asked to come for a practice interview. They assign you a couple of tasks (eg draft an immigration oriented one pager and write a PowerPoint presentation and do said presentation on a key issue). There is also a Q&A session to test your knowledge on the issues.
I “made it” to the second round of interviews, but they only offered one date and time for me to come in. I made it clear in the previous interview that I had other obligations that I took seriously. When the single option for an interview clashed with this obligation, I responded with a number of date and time options that they could select from. I also offered to allow them to choose a better date/time if needed.
For the second round of interviews, they ghosted on me. Offered the chance to come in and then did not respond when I requested a different schedule, offering plenty of flexibility to meet any possible demand.
In light of this, I call in to question their professionalism.
