SettleMint interview questions

The interview process with SettleMint is thorough and involves several stages. It starts with an initial screening with a Global Talent Co. representative, where they learn more about you, your qualifications, and your work experience. During this first interview, you also discover which company you’re interviewing for. If you’re a good match, you proceed to a second interview with SettleMint’s marketing manager, who will ask more detailed questions about your Web3 experience and understanding of blockchain technology. The final interview is with the brand communications manager and chief growth officer, who provide an introduction to SettleMint, its culture, and values. They’ll also ask about your background, experience related to the role, and familiarity with blockchain and Web3. Additionally, they’ll discuss your career goals and what you hope to achieve. As a last step, you’ll complete a case study, after which the interviewers review your qualifications together. If all aligns well, you’re offered the role. The process itself is relaxed and supportive, with interviewers creating an environment that encourages you to be yourself and speak freely.

3 stages of interviews, overall so so. get the answer only after 2 months. almost risk losing another offer. not quite sure with the judgement but felt like wasted my time to do their test.
