I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Shaadi.com (Mumbai) in Nov 2024
Interview
It was a smooth but continuous and fast process where all the interviews happened in just two days, and an offer is given within a week if selected.
The recruiters are well trained and soft-spoken. They remain available throughout the process. The questions circled more around software architecture and core concepts. They dive deep into your previous experience, making them understand more if you're fit for the role and work culture.

Interview
In the first screening call the HR told me to complete the assignment in 2 Days. I gave my best and have done even more than what i was asked to do in the assignment scope. I completed the assignment along with my day job within the given time duration. Post I submitted the assignment, the HR stopped replying to my mails. I don't know how come this big of a company hire such non empathetic and unresponsive HRs. If they tell you to complete the assignment first, then be prepared to hear nothing from them post submission.
