Shanghai Ivy School interview questions

The interview process mostly consisted of a in-person demo. I was told after that I was given the youngest age (2-3) for the demo because it was the biggest "challenge". It did not feel nice to be "tested" like this, particularly since I was clear this was not the age range I was interested. In the interview, I was not asked any questions about myself, only introduced to the school. There was no sense that they cared about me as an educator but that they were desperate and would take anybody. I would stay away from this school; facilities not good, felt that they were not dedicated to the students and being good educators.
