Had a screening call with someone in HR. They asked standard questions that were obviously given from the hiring manager, so didn't ask any follow-up questions. Was very stiff. When I asked questions, the interviewer didn't answer them fully. The interview ended with a promise to follow up about next steps.
After two weeks of not hearing anything, I sent a follow up email to ask for an update in their process and didn't hear anything back. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
