SharesPost interview questions

The interview process started off quick and well. I thought I was going to receive an offer based on feedback from the recruiter but they ended up being radio silent. I never heard back on whether I got the offer or not. This is extremely inconsiderate and frustrating for candidates who take the time and effort to interview. The least they can do is to get back to the candidate with an answer. Knowing how they treat candidates, I would not want to work for this company.

Received a phone call from HR and scheduled a phone interview with CTO and then onsite interview for 3 hours. Three people interviewed me ( CTO, DevOps director, and DevOps Engineer) at the end they told me they will let me know about the result within three days, but I haven’t heard from them yet. I sent them appreciation email after the interview, they haven’t responded, after a few days sent a follow-up email to CTO, no response and then sent another follow up email to HR, no response. This was the worst company that I have ever interviewed with. I am so happy and grateful that I am not working for such a company. It clearly shows how bad is the management of this company.
