Messaged on Linkedin by Shark Ninja recruitment team. Led to a video interview with her. A video interview with the Senior Design manager followed. This required the review of my design portfolio, plus questions relating to relevant situations to the role. A final interview took place in their London HQ where I also received a tour of the facility. The final interview was with a Design Director and two Design Managers. The bulk of the interview was me presenting the result of a design challenge they had set me 10 days prior. This followed questions about my skillset and reasons for wanting the role. Did not receive an offer as my skills are more creative focussed, and the vacant role required a more technical focussed person.
