I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SharkSPIN Consultants (New Delhi) in Dec 2023

Interview

The whole process seemed so broken. First, they asked me to do a written test, where they asked me for TWO articles. Then why did you ask me for my samples? I think that was a waste of my time. The second round was even more bizarre, where the interviewer asked about Ram Mandir issue. All in all, I felt like I wasted my time.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SharkSPIN Consultants (New Delhi) in Oct 2023

There are minimum 5-7 interview rounds. The first one is a writing assignment where they provide the topic and you have to write on it. Following it, there are 5-6 rounds with different people. Although, they say it'll take 1 day only, it can stretch to 2-3 days as somedays the concerned person is not available in the company.
