Interview
I applied for the position of outpatient social worker and heard back in approximately 3-4 weeks. I was interviewed by multiple members, all of whom have clinical experience but also hold leadership positions. I was asked a series of questions relating to managing clinical challenges, assessing safety, diagnoses, therapeutic approaches, I was also asked questions relating to team-building, such as my strengths/weaknesses, how to manage conflict between team members.
