Shavik interview questions

Interview Process is through a video conference. They have two levels of interviews. Fist one is Technical and the second one is Managerial/HR round. They do check for Behavior and attitude very closely and is a tough interview to crack through. But they offer good package if selected.

Interview process is complete on-line and they will take one round in skype and they don't know what they are asking questions but they will tell always about their company information like we have many branches and 70 employees but all are fake information and DO NOT JOIN IN COMPANY even they will not pay salary also and after worked 3 to 4 months they will terminate to you without salary paid and they are two idiot people are only manginess the company projects and they feel like we are company CEO but they don't know anything even process, architecture manging the company and project deliverables and how to work the project and they are Unfit the project to work
