I applied online. I interviewed at Sheetz (Cleveland, OH) in May 2016
Interview
Very casual interview, asked about experience and availability mostly. The decision to hire me was largely based on my resume and the way I conducted myself during the interview, not my actual answers to the questions. Although this is not a high skill job, I highly recommend dressing business casual for the interview. We do not hire people who dress too casually, and you would be surprised at the amount of people who do.
Quick, semi-formal. Interview, drug test, start can happen within one week. I wore business casual. Answer honestly and listen well. They'll send you for a drug test and background check before training.
It was good. Easy, but productive questions that let them know how you hold yourself and more about you and your work ethic But they do hire you for fulltime and only give you part time hours

This interview was very easy. It was a typical interview for any fast food/gas station. I was told I had got the job before I even walked out of the door.
