Interview
Basically they came on campus during the career fair. They were impressed with my GPA and my past intern experiences. They later invited me to the suite that they had at one of my university's football game for a meet and greet with the employers and alumni. I make sure that I applied online and they signed me up for an interview. The interview was behaviorial and somewhat technical (in a unorthodox sense), the interview went well and they said they would contact me in 2 weeks. I was contacted with an offer.

Interview
Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
