Applied online. Waited 2 weeks for a quick call from a recruiter to ask some basic questions. After that got scheduled for an interview two weeks later.
During the interview, I felt like I was talking to a wall. Interviewers did not turn on their camera. I thought interview was supposed to be a two-way thing.

1st round - online test consisting of aptitude and engineering questions 2nd round - personal interview with questions mainly from thermodynamics, Strength of materials and fluid mechanics. Basics from metallurgy and machine design were also expected 3rd round - hr interview.
