The interviewer ensured I was comfortable at the start of my interview. The right questions were asked according to my experience and the job requirements were well described in advance.

Applied online. Waited 2 weeks for a quick call from a recruiter to ask some basic questions. After that got scheduled for an interview two weeks later. During the interview, I felt like I was talking to a wall. Interviewers did not turn on their camera. I thought interview was supposed to be a two-way thing.
