Straightforward and laid-back interview process. Had two interviews, one with the hiring manager and one with the regional manager. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes and asked simple behavioral questions.

To my understanding, a different process than usual. The district manager came in and interviewed me instead of the typical management reps, but they were also present. Come in confident in your abilities and don't be too nervous... especially if you don't interview very often. Just had a simple conversation with the district manager. They really are looking for someone who can provide a fresh outside perspective. Do come prepared with questions to ask about the program, the company, or what is expected of you.

Initial get to know you call, video interview, final behavioral. I did not enjoy the video interview as I feel you can't fully get to know a person through that.
