Interview
The process began with a light phone screen. The discussion was on their project and the structure of their business. This was followed by another call and we set a time for me to interview onsite. Before the interview the hiring manager asked me to connect to her on LinkedIn.
Very communicative and upfront about everything. Process is very simple as you go step by step. Has 3 stages when I participated in it. They are big on questions so feel free to ask them and bring them.

This technical test covers engineering drawing, aptitude, structural steel, fire protection paints (including intumescent coatings that expand to insulate steel), and structural standards like ASTM/UL for fire resistance ratings
Intumescent coatings expand 10-50x when heated, forming insulating barrier �
Steel loses strength at 550°C; coatings delay reaching critical temperature �
Tested per ASTM E-119, UL 263, BS 476 for Class A fire resistance
