I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Bloomsburg, PA) in May 2022
Interview
There were 3 separate interviews; an initial phone call, an in-store interview with a store assistant manager, & a lunch meeting with the district manager.
The phone call interview covers the basics and gets you introduced to the company. This seemed like it was done through a third party company, and not directly conducted by staff of Sherwin Williams.
The second interview with an assistant manager was very beneficial. During this step, it’s almost like you are interviewing them to determine if the job is what you want, You get to ask questions about their job role and what they do.
The third interview with a district manager consisted of a few questions about my career goals, but was mainly tying up loose ends on paperwork.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was fairly painless. It consisted mostly of questions about myself versus other interviews I have done which are STAR based questions. I had a phone interview that was followed by an interview with the District Manager.
