I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams
Interview
Sent in resume, got a call from Regional manager, talked about the program, company expectations, my expectations and to generally see if it's a good fit for both parties. Pretty laid back, arranged for a more formal face to face interview to proceed in the process. Seemed nice and very straight forward. Really hit home on the point of being willing to relocate if offered the position. Excited to see what comes of it, sounds like a great company to build a career with.
