Shields Health interview questions

Phone interview with recruiter, and then zoom interview with Director for a different location than the one I applied for. Interviewer implied that I was a good match for the Chelmsford location and that I would have an opportunity to shadow. I reached out to the recruiter two times to follow up in regards to shadowing. The recruiter responded that they were going to move forward with another candidate. Not really sure what happened after my meeting with the Director, had me believing that I was a good match with mentioning being able to shadow in Chelmsford and then I am told they weren’t going to give me the opportunity to shadow. The lack of transparency on the interviewer part is very disheartening.
