Shift4 Senior Java Developer interview questions

The first interview was in a Zoom meeting. Questions like what is your current job description? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? And another professional question. I was told that they were moving on to the next stage and preparing a working environment for the next interview. Second professional technical interview Zoom meeting. In the meeting, I was required to program code for a question they sent me. During the interview, there were two team leaders, it felt really good, and at the end they said that they were continuing with me and that they would contact me to arrange a date for the next stage. After a week and a half of not contacting me, they sent an email that they had moved on with another candidate. I feel disrespected and inconsiderate of the interviewee.
