Shiftbase interview questions

Smooth interview, first was a screening with the CCO, followed by an interview with Head of Sales. The last step was a final culture check with the team. After this I got my offer.

After applying online, I was quickly invited for a short introductory phone call with an intermediary. It was a relaxed chat to go over the basics and get to know each other a bit. Not long after, I had a follow-up online meeting with the team lead, where we talked more in-depth about the role, the team, and what they were looking for. The whole process felt smooth and moved along at a good pace.
