Multiple rounds interview with individual projects at each round. I was told that I'd be hired with my experience, but that because I "speak too slowly" that I would hinder the company. I was rejected due to speaking too slowly.

Good communication required to get attrating the hr and the profile visibility. Need more confident presentation of ourself to get into the job and benefits negotiate. Communication is the must and gone for 3 rounds for Communication only.
