Phone interview- was quick and straight to the point asked questions regarding past management experience and other experiences that would help with the position
First in person interview was much of the same just kind of also asking personal interests as well
Second interview with district manager also kind of the same where I was asked availability/intrests/ if I’d be able to transfer as well.

How would you handle a customer who had an issue during a high volume time?
Easy application process and submitting a resume. Multiple interviews at the store, with 2 different managers. They will do a background check. Asked about prior jobs, leadership and management styles. How to handle stress.

Applied online, got a call back within a few days to set up an in person interview with the general manager that lasted 30 minutes. After that interview I had a zoom interview another day with the district manager and got my start date within a week
