The process was similar to what others have had to say. I applied online and started with the Life Story interview. My interviewer was absolutely lovely. We chatted about me, my hobbies and interests, travel and a little about work to start. Then we focused in on one job that I would answer questions on. She asked me how I received and handled feedback and asked me to explain what a typical day in that job looked like. There was a decent amount of time left at the end for me to ask questions. I really took advantage of this and asked her quite a few questions. I really enjoyed the interview and left feeling great. I got an email the next day to set up the Technical/Gauntlet, which I set for a week later. The Gauntlet was exactly what I expected, starting with 2 chats asking questions at the same time, followed by feedback and then the phone call. I prepared as much as I could for this portion using questions on Glassdoor, I created my own shop, searched through the Help Centre and thoroughly read through the email they send out beforehand outlining everything. I was prepared as possible, but still didn't answer either of the 2 chats in time (15 minutes). Make sure you match the customer's tone and keep them engaged. The phone call was much easier for me. You get 10 minutes for this portion, but I think less is better. I answered in 5 minutes. Then I got a little more feedback, and the interviewer told me I should hear back in 1-3 days. Within an hour I had a request for 2 references. It took about a week after the Technical to hear back from my recruiter. She emailed to set up a time for a phone call, which was about a week after that. Over the phone she asked me how the Technical went and if I could see myself doing it, before offering me the position. I was given a start date of three weeks after the offer. Overall, a lengthly but good interview experience.
