easy to get the initial call with recruiter. seems like they are open to talking to candidates with many different career backgrounds even if they don't make sense for retail or technology

Really pleasant and lots of on-going communication. Very organized. I got the sense people and culture were very important which is what attracted me to the company initially. I didn't get an offer but I really appreciate the opportunity. Had several interviews with different people. No regrets.
