Shoreline Community Church interview questions

Applied by sending in my resume, at the time they didn't have an official opening. After a week or two, I received a call inviting me for a lunch. The lunch overall went well, later was called for a follow-up coffee with a staff pastor to chat more. That went well, and later interviewed with rest of the pastoral staff, had lunch with another pastor on staff after that and finally interviewed with the board. Seemed in depth, because it was but lots of fun.
