Met with about three people from the company who all seemed very nice, however the last interview (had it actually taken place) was a different story. I received a phone call from the president of the company who wanted to meet me for coffee. We agree to meet at a local coffee shop the next morning. I got there the usual 15 minutes early and then waited...and waited...and waited some more. An hour and 15 minutes later, I finally realized that I had been "stood up" and left. Naturally I called the company to make sure that I had the date/time correct and that everything was okay. It was then that I learned he had forgotten about our scheduled meeting due to an impromptu mid-week fishing trip. I was still offered the position and took it, but probably should seen this occurrence as a massive red flag reflecting how much respect was shown towards employees and how the company was run.

I got a phone call from the property manager the day after applying online, we set up an interview a couple days later. The interview consisted of her talking about the position and the company, talking about my resume and my availability. I went in for a second meeting a couple days later to meet the other manager, and was essentially offered the position right away
