Applied in May 2024 and received a first call in June 2024. The process was then paused for roughly two months due to an internal org restructure at Siemens. The final interviews took place in August 2024. The process consisted of a panel interview with a Project Manager and Senior Industrial Engineer, followed by a hiring manager call. The panel focused on STAR-based behavioral questions and was straightforward. The HM call was relaxed — more of a conversation covering resume highlights, industry trends, and new technology.

El proceso empieza con una conversacion en ingles sobre la vida profesional del entrevistado. Luego se pasa a español para facilidad de los entrevistadores ya que no tienen mucho nivel de ingles. Al final hacen una especie de test para ver que conocimientos tienes del puesto ofertado.
